Prince ranges
Start with Tour, the all-rounder. Phantom is for placement, Ripstick for topspin and Ripcord for easier pace. Twistpower is the odd one out, with a twisted throat.

One racket for singles and doubles. Judge how quickly it’s ready, and where the ball lands, on the shots you play most.
For players who make their own pace and want to feel the ball. Try volleys as well as full swings from the back.
Topspin first. Watch the height and depth of your rally ball on your normal swing.
More help with pace and depth. Make sure it stays predictable when you go for your shots.
Prince says the twisted throat changes how the racket flexes on forehands and backhands. Try both, and make sure you’re buying the right-handed or left-handed version.
Before you buy
Check the model, generation, head size and grip size on the listing; shops don’t always make them obvious. And try the racket before you buy if you possibly can.
