Head ranges
Speed is the all-rounder, Boom gives you easier depth and Extreme is the spin range. If you make your own pace, Radical, Gravity and Prestige are the ones to look at.

Pick a range first, then compare the models in it.
The all-rounder: one racket for baseline rallies, returns and net play. See whether you can keep both depth and placement when the rally speeds up.
Easier depth, for players who want the racket to do more of the work. Try it on fast returns, not just comfortable rallies.
Head’s spin range, for players who build points with heavy topspin. Put it up against a Pure Aero or VCORE with similar strings.
For players who make their own pace and care about placement. The listed MP has a 98 sq in head, so find out how it handles your off-centre hits too.
A control range for long, full swings. The Zverev special edition comes in different colours, so check which model is underneath before comparing it with another Gravity.
A demanding range for players who hit the ball cleanly, time after time. Check the model year and weight before you book a demo.
Easier pace and easy handling. There are lighter and larger-headed versions, so check exactly which one the listing is for.
Before you buy
Check the model, generation, head size and grip size on the listing; shops don’t always make them obvious. And try the racket before you buy if you possibly can.
