Who should try it?
Consider it if heavier adult rackets slow you down. Try it next to a 285 g frame before you decide on weight alone.
What to watch for
Light rackets can get pushed around by a hard hitter. Test it on returns, not just friendly rallies.
How to demo it
Ask your partner to hit hard at you. If the racket wobbles on returns and blocked volleys, try something nearer 285 g.
